The medical certificate, stress-free

To train with us you need the non-competitive medical certificate with ECG (a valid competitive one works too): it's a safeguard for you, before it's a rule. You can become a member even without it: you upload it when you have it, straight from your area.

Are the training sessions included?
Membership opens booking. Social Runs are usually free; Pilates and Functional have a contribution per session; workshops and special events may have one too. The event page always says so.
Can I become a member without a certificate?
Yes. You can become a member and pay right away; the certificate must be uploaded before any training session you want to take part in.
How do I get the certificate?
From a GP or a sports medicine doctor: a check-up + electrocardiogram. Book in advance: a few weeks can pass between booking and appointment.
