Cookie Policy
Last updated: 25 October 2026
This is an English-language translation of the Italian cookie policy, provided for the convenience of non-Italian-speaking users. The Italian version is the legally binding reference.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed to make the site work, for example to remember that you are signed in. Others measure how the site is used or how campaigns perform, and those do not start on their own: they start only if you accept them.
We follow the cookie guidelines issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority on 10 June 2021: prior consent, separate per purpose, and revocable at any time. Until you choose, no measurement tool is loaded into the page.
2. Technical cookies, always on
These are needed for the site to work and require no consent. They are all first-party cookies, set by our own domain, and they are not used to profile you.
- Signed-in session for the members area: cookies whose name starts with sb- and ends with -auth-token, managed by the authentication library. They keep you signed in from page to page. If you have no account and never sign in, they are never written.
- frenzi_pilot: present only while the site is in restricted access, to remember that this browser entered the access code. It does not contain the code.
- frz_consenso: stores your cookie choice, so we do not show you the banner on every page. It contains only the two preferences and the date of the choice, and it lasts six months.
The site also uses the browser's local storage to remember a few display preferences, for example how you like to see a list. Those are not cookies, they are never sent to our servers and they measure nothing.
3. Statistics: Google Analytics 4
It tells us how many people visit the site and which pages they read, so we know what to improve. The provider is Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
- It runs only if you accept the Statistics category. If you do not, the script is never loaded into the page at all.
- Cookies written: _ga and _ga_ followed by the property identifier, with a duration declared by Google of up to 2 years; some configurations also write _gid, which lasts 24 hours.
- IP addresses are handled in truncated form: the measurement is aggregate and is not used to identify you.
- We do not use Analytics data for personalised advertising.
- Analytics also receives the start and completion of a payment, with the amount and type of product.
- With Statistics, or with Marketing, our site also writes frz_provenienza: it remembers for 90 days which campaign you came from, to link it to a possible payment.
4. Marketing: Meta Pixel
It measures the results of the campaigns we run on Facebook and Instagram, meaning whether people who arrive from an ad then do what the ad offered. The provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland.
- It runs only if you accept the Marketing category. If you do not, the script is never loaded into the page at all.
- Cookies written: _fbp and, when you arrive from an ad, _fbc. The duration declared by Meta is 3 months.
- The Pixel also tells Meta when a payment is started and completed, with the amount and type of product. With Marketing, frz_provenienza also keeps the ad identifier.
- This is a profiling cookie: it can contribute to showing you ads based on what you looked at here.
5. How to change or withdraw your choice
At the bottom of every page there is a Manage cookies link: open it and you get the same two checkboxes as the first banner, showing your current choices. Untick one and the matching tool stops being loaded from that moment on. Cookies already written can be deleted from your browser settings.
The choice lasts six months. After that, the banner comes back and we ask again. It also comes back if you clear your browser cookies or switch device, because the choice is stored on the device you are using.
6. Personal data and your rights
Who processes the data, for which purposes, for how long and which rights you can exercise are described in the Privacy Policy, which this page supplements. For any request you can write to privacy@frenziclub.com.
